Subscription FAQs

What if I go on holiday?
Your skin subscription can be paused at any time, for up to 1 month.

What if we have another lockdown?
Payments will automatically be paused if any changes to the COVID restrictions prevents us from preforming our treatments. If you wish to keep your payments going during these times, you can let us know and we’ll amend your treatment plan accordingly.

Can I share my subscription with someone?
Unfortunately, because your subscription has been curated specifically for your skin, we can’t offer these treatments to anyone else.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Our usual cancellation policy will apply. There are no changes within 48 hours of your treatment time and cancellations within this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee or be forfeited.

How do I pay?
We accept credit or debit card payments, and will set up weekly or fortnightly direct debits.

How much is the deposit?
The minimum deposit is 10%. We can discuss alternative deposit options to keep your weekly payments lower, if preferred.

What if I need a different treatment?
We won’t recommended anything we don’t think you need. But sometimes we might need to make minor adjustments for lifestyle changes or your skin’s unique responses. We’ll discuss any recommended changes with you first, and do our best to keep them within your pricing plan.

Does it include products?
Our subscriptions are mainly for treatment plans, however we can factor in some products on request. This will sit as a credit on your account, available to use when required. Please note, this credit is estimation based as your skin prescription can change over your subscription period. Any remaining credit at the end of your subscription is non-refundable, but can be used for any products or future treatments.
